We’re introducing our February pattern today to give you time to get it made and hanging up before Valentines Day!
This IttyBitty quilt also measures 10″ x 12″.
Connie made two versions – here are close ups of each.
This little quilt could be a gift to a friend, family member, grandchild – anyone you love. Make several, write a message on the back and send it to your chosen recipient. Won’t they be so surprised to open that brown envelope and find a small quilt with a sweet message?
I Love You pattern is available for $3.00. Send your check to address on home page and include an dress label – please.
I just happened to hang the two little quilts in this old white cupboard filled with white vintage planters – all kids or animals. My mom started this collection with a lamb planter that I still have and love. Thought maybe you’d like to see this extensive collection.
This could rate right up there with favorite collection!
Someone asked if Hazel liked cats and I said Ernie Joe Mauer was her favorite.
I’ve had people tell me you can’t raise a JRT with cats. I beg to differ.
And I finally got my Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt pieced. So many pieces, so many borders, so many seams to press – I’ve never made anything quite like it! I’m glad it’s finished and I can move on to something else.
A note to those who made the mystery – did you see that I got the last border wrong? I pieced the wrong quarter triangles to the blue triangles giving me orange along the outer edge – which I’m thrilled about because I can bind with orange! You’d think I’d done this on purpose but you’d be wrong. Haha!
Sounds like frigid weather and snow is headed our way. This yard can’t be January, can it? Not a flake or snow or inch of ice out there. Chores are so easy in weather like this! I am so thankful.
Gotta post Harper’s picture again in case you didn’t see it — love those flying ears!
I will post book club suggestions tomorrow. Until then……
